We could have listed our home with any of the agents in the area because we deal with a number of them in our type of business but we chose you. Our house was listed for 42 days. We know now that the previous agent listed our home for the list price we wanted to hear, because 1 week later she told us to drop our price, then drop our price again and 1 month later we had a price reduction of $100,000.
