Our house was listed for 42 days. We know now that the previous agent listed our home for the list price we wanted to hear, because 1 week later she told us to drop our price, then drop our price again and 1 month later we had a price reduction of $100,000. It is painful to list your house for 213 days and not sell it. Victoria Dann came along and we could not resist her. She is a petite lady with a powerful personality.
